Paige is brilliant! She has a consistent style but each page is new and inspiring! I learned something new in each lesson and am inspired to create some new layouts!
Paige is incredibly inspiration and creative. Her lessons and videos are so easy to follow along with. She totally makes it all seem approachable and something you can do. I never cease to be amazed at the artistic and beautiful pages Paige makes. She is totally someone I look up to and aspire to be like. If my pages could be even 10% as good as her's I would feel like I've accomplished something. What a lovely class. I learned so much and I really am so happy Paige is one of the teachers at Big Picture Classes.
The thing I love about Paige so much is that she just does her - her pages are so uniquely her. I love that she plays with colour and pattern! When I first started scrapbooking I would look at these clean, white, monocromatic pages and feel so bad that I could not achieve that. I felt horrible that I wasn't making 'good' pages because they didn't look like everyone else's pages. I felt uncomfortable sharing my pages because I loved colours and mixing patterned papers. If I wanted to spend hours ripping up different papers and gluing them one by one on the page I felt bad sharing because others would think it was a waste of time. I thought I had to be like everyone else. But then I saw a page by Paige and I was struck by her style and heart on her pages. The more of her pages that I saw the more amazed I became. The more videos and tutorials and work I see of Paige the more I feel free to be myself and express myself on my pages the way I want to. She probably doesn't even realize that by just being her and doing her thing she has opened me up to a world of opportunities and by just being her she has showed me that I can just be me. I am so incredibly thankful for her. I am so incredibly thankful for this class - I learned a ton of things!
The only problem: I'm done and there aren't more lessons.
This class is splendid. Paige provides many ideas and techniques for making pages using little bits of patterned paper. This isn't usually my style but Paige has inspired me to give it a whirl.
Learning so much with all of Paiges Pages...I had missed this class set but have loved coming back to it...So many useful techniques to use later and love learning more about how to use the Silhouette.
Very helpful ideas and tips, especially the paint on the background of the layout to Highlight the title placement. I also love the use of machine stitching and die cuts with multiple patterned papers for varied look.
I have enjoyed every one of Paige's Pages but just today realized that I had never done the first one! As always, Paige's creativity and patience amaze me but since I took her very first class after doing the other 14, it is fun to seen how much her talent has evolved over the course of the classes! I LOVE these classes!
