Here is a sampling of some pages from my album that include 3x4 Project Mouse cards that I had printed and then took to WDW with us. My husband and I filled out a few cards every night that asked about things like how we rated restaurants, our favorite rides, what the day was like, etc. We filled them out with black thin point sharpies.

Great idea to take the cards with you and fill them out as you went!
