Peter J Jones, Manitoba, began his college education at the University of British Columbia, where he received his Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry and his Master of Science in Human Nutrition. In 1984, he graduated from the University of Toronto with his PhD in Nutrition. Dr. Jones is committed to global health as well as environmental preservation and is active in education initiatives for both. He collects cars and enjoys skiing, sailing and hiking.
