I have a tell-it-like-it-is attitude and do all I can to inspire people to shake up their approach to life — while making it all feel like an exciting kick-ass adventure. I have found memory keeping, journaling, photography and other creative pursuits integral tools I use to help many journey to self-discovery. It is so rewarding to witness those who embrace tough challenges and breathtaking truth and discover the amazing person they are and gain the confidence to share that brilliance with the world! When not clarifying lives, I can be found indulging in Kundalini yoga; texting any one of my four kids; reading a book from one of the many stacks littering my home; enjoying photo adventures to forests, beaches and documenting the urban grime of downtown centres; and, the occasional sushi lunch out with friends.
