Inspired Art Journalling
I wasn't sure what to do with this first lesson, but I watched the video a couple of times and checked out other students art work. I was quite inspired and looking at what others had done gave me a jumping board of what I wanted to do.
First I used my watercolour palette to create my background. I then use two colours to add splatters. I then decided to include elements of my early crafting, such as one of my first copic colouring attempts. I also love books so included a scrap piece of paper with books on it and then stuck a digi image on to a tag for me to colour at a later date if I want. I also added a few different stickers that inspire creativity. I love gold washi so added a strip of that and I recently watch a process video by Jen Schow who did some two-step stamping to make her own embellishments. I was inspired by that I pulled out a stamp and gave it ago. While putting this page together I saw that 1st attempt of stamping my rose and decided to include it. I really like how this page came together, very freeing to just play and see what happens.
