When it Rains, We Ride

This was a blast!! Loved the actual, rainy-window-type of look the technique provided! so perfect!! I did minimal embellishing since the background is the real star! (ps - so sorry Irit, for using your same colors, they just worked as a rainy background and the photo so well! I tried to use other colors first...no dice!)
