Required Supplies

Do you have all your supplies? Use this checklist to be sure you're not missing anything you'll need!

1. Layering Stamp Sets Any stamps designed to be layered to produce multi colored images (Yana will be using Stamps by Hero Arts and Altenew).
2. Stamp Layering Dies Some stamp layering stamp sets have matching dies and we will be using these in class. If you plan to purchase dies, make sure to have a die cutting machine to be able to cut these.
3. Inks for Stamping Preferably dye inks (Yana will be using inks by Altenew, Hero Arts and Simon Says Stamp). You can use inks from your stash and we will learn ways to stretch your inks. Its best to have 3-4 shades of one color to be able to enjoy stamp layering sets to the fullest (you’ll need greens, yellows, pinks and purples).
4. White Pigment Ink To learn an additional technique shown in class. ClearSnap, Hero Arts and Simon Says Stamp have great white pigment ink.
5. White Cardstock Neenah Solar White is perfect for this, but other smooth white cardstock will work.
6. Embellishments Any little embellishments you usually use to complete your cards. Sequins, twine, gems, enamel dots.
7. Adhesive You will need glue, foam adhesive squares and tape runner.
8. Embossing inks, powders and a heat tool We will be doing a bit of heat embossing in this class so you will need clear sticky embossing ink, embossing powders of your choice, heat tool, anti static powder tool to keep embossing nice and clean.
