Lisa
has created an online Wellness Journey class
that will help you make small or large changes
in your life, as long as you are willing. Her
upbeat attitude motivates you to keep trying.
She address all types of exercise programs and
has healthy recipes that are great tasting and
easy to prepare. She has a list of resources
to check out too. I met people from around the
world in the forum that kept me motivated to
keep working through the challenges that life
brings. The class liked the check-ins so much
that we kept it going for two more months after
class. So if you want 2011 to be different than
the past, but you do not know what options are
out there for you to start or you just need
motivation this is the class to take. Also,
as a bonus there is the making of a Wellness
Journal for you make to document your progress,
digital or hybrid, you can keep updating through
the rest of the year. My life has changed health
wise from where walking was a major effort and
now I am beginning to take up running. The price
of this does not cover what you will get out
of it. It is worth so much more. Thank you,

Hi
Lisa, I've have to say a huge huge huge thank
you for starting me on my wellness journey at
the beginning of this year ~ it spurred me on
to keep trying new fresh fruits and vegetables,
get more interested in cooking yummy healthy
food and opened my eyes to explore new exercise
as the seasons and my needs changed. I loved
the class and learned very quickly how important
a group is for support and more importantly
for accountability.

Lisa
has a sincere, supportive approach and a wealth
of knowledge on all things wellness-related.
This class offers SO MUCH. The projects, the
downloads, all the beautiful templates Lisa
designed for us, all the recipes, and the resources
section alone - such a deep well of STUFF -
this class is SUCH a good value. I love that
we were all doing different things on our wellness
journeys, but united through our love of scrapping.

really enjoyed the kindness in Lisa's voice
on the audios, her approachability with questions,
the scrapbook pages already designed for us,
and the way she encouraged us to try new things.

This
class got me motivated to get back on track
with exercise and a better diet. This class
also prompted me to figure out the right shoes
for my poor, achy feet! And most of all, Lisa
isn't preachy or so far out there holistically.
I could relate to her even though she's farther
along the road to wellness than I am. She is
very encouraging and genuinely nice - it comes
through over the web! Documenting the journey
is so important and I think there was just the
right mix of scrapbooking/journaling in the
class.

One
of the great things about Wellness Journey is
the tremendous commitment of some participants;
they were dedicated and motivating people. The
resource list was also great. I also loved the
photo and layout prompts in the downloads, it's
too easy to focus entirely on the content. I
liked these as they remind me to record the
journey as well.
