I am simply thrilled to be teaching another workshop here
at Big Picture Scrapbooking, and I am completely honored
that you are thinking about taking the first workshop
in my Saving Your Sanity series. Try saying that three

Saving
Your Sanity Celebrations is a class that will help you
get rid of the unnecessary stress and anxiety that birthdays,
showers, weddings, and anniversaries, plus graduations,
can bring. Oh, and let's not forget about those annual
celebrations such as Mother's and Father's Day. It doesn't
matter if you are the host or the guest, a celebration
takes time, effort, energy, and money. All of this can
jump start those overwhelming feelings within us. Well,
I am a big believer that we can get rid of stress with
some planning and organization. Also, nothing relieves
stress and anxiety like doing something that you enjoy,
so I always try to get creative when stress and anxiety
start to come my way.
In
this workshop, we will spend four weeks together focusing
on planning and organizing, hosting, giving and documenting
the celebrations that we experience each year. Each week
you will be presented with the opportunity to be more
prepared for each celebration that you host or attend
this year. Plus, during weeks 2 and 3, you will get to
create party invitations and décor, as well as
create some handcrafted gifts to give to those you are
celebrating. Then in week 4, you will have the opportunity
to get a better grip on how to handle these event photos
that you have been taking, and to document them in pages
and albums in a more meaningful way. I am certain you
