Hi everybody! My name is Courtney Walsh and I want to take just a couple of minutes of your time to tell you about an upcoming workshop that I am hosting at BigPictureClasses.com. I am so excited about this workshop. It's been a long time coming and we're just going to have a ton of fun. This class is based on my book, Scrapbooking Your Faith. It's going to be a chance for you to dive into the meat of what makes you who you are.

It's not a religious class. It's not based on everybody having the same religion and the same beliefs and the same background as me. It's really about taking ownership of what you believe. It believe that as scrapbookers and memory keepers we are so good about documenting milestone events, birthdays, sporting events, events at school, first day of school, all these kinds of things that make it into our albums every single year, but when it comes to our faith and what we believe and who are at our core, I think we leave that out a lot. I think it's hard to kind of put it into words and articulate it and that's what I want to help you do.

I want to help you, give you journaling prompts, give you inspiring ideas, encouragement to get down on paper using mixed media, using home décor and using scrapbooking techniques, paper crafting techniques, to really document the things that matter the most to you. I really think that if you're scrapbooking like so many of us do to leave behind some sort of legacy and you don't scrapbook your faith, you're really leaving behind an incomplete picture of who you are. And while I don't care what religion you are, and for the purposes of this class it doesn't matter, I guarantee you that the people that love you and know you every single day, they want to know what you're dealing with and what the struggles are and how you're getting through it. They want to see that growth and so I really want to encourage you today to sign up today for this workshop.

It's is going to be just an encouraging, inspiring place to grow and to learn, and we're all going to go through this journey together. There's going to be tons of projects. There's going to be layouts. There's going to be a home decorating type of a project so you can put your faith right there on the wall. Maybe it's a quote, maybe it's a bible verse, some lyric from a hymn that you just want to always remember. We're going to take ownership of that and really play that up, so that's something we're going to really explore.
