Hi! Hello, This is Lisa Day for Big Picture Scrapbooking. I am so excited to tell you about the Happiness class I have developed. This will be a five-week workshop designed to change your life and the way you view everything that has ever happened to you…seriously!

Every time I've thought about what to say for this introductory message I've remembered T.V. and radio advertisements. that said, "if you like that then you'll love this." If I remember correctly, these commercials were promoting some kind of perfume imitation or something. My workshop is certainly NOT any kind of imitation, but what I keep thinking was …if you liked the book "The Secret: then you'll love the message and projects I've prepared for you in this class. Journey to Perpetual Happiness is a deeper look at the same concepts that were presented in Rhonda Byrne's widely acclaimed book, The Secret. This workshop is a chance for us to gather together as scrapbookers to dig even deeper and learn how to deliberately create a life we love. We will be explore and apply the knowledge that was passed down from Lynn Grabhorn in her New York Times bestselling book, "Excuse Me, Your Life is Waiting", which for me was a personal wake up call--Isn't that title just awesome?

During this five week workshop I will be helping you understand how the power of your feelings and emotions are controlling your destiny. Sounds intriguing don't you think? And perhaps complicated…but really, it's not…it's sort of like this…Have you ever anticipated the arrival of a something you ordered before? You wake up…thinking about it. Lets say it is a new scrapbooking kit full of goodies…as you go about your day, you continue to think about the kit and imagine what you will do with it when it arrives. You start picturing yourself playing with it, you think about how fun it will be to organize it all. You even think about how the new paper will smell as you are dreaming of all the creative things you will do…your anticipation grows throughout the day, and then to your surprise you get home from work and the package is sitting on your front porch! We will be talking about how little things like this happen, how people and opportunities often cross our path as we think of them and how seeing these "coincidences" as little miracles or … tender mercies, can bring more of them into your life. Wouldn't you love to make positive things happen more often?

This class is perfect for everyone that is eager to find and lead a happier and more fulfilling life, and document the journey with Scrapbooking.
