Hi there, this is Molly Weight for Big Picture Classes. I’m so excited to share my new class with you.

This class is all about goal setting, goal getting. I’ve been setting goals for years and I’m proud to say that many of my goals have been reached. However, there has always been one goal that seems virtually impossible for me to achieve. For me that goal is permanent weight loss. It’s like I view it as this huge mountain that I can’t move and I can’t climb over, except I know this isn’t true. So to help me with this goal I’m doing everything I can to motivate and inspire myself. I created what I call My Happy Little Inspirational Goal Book. This book serves as my daily dose of motivation and encouragement to reach my goal. I love that this little goal book is small enough to tuck in my purse and keep with me at all times. I can flip through it before heading out the door in the morning, while waiting in line at the bank, or even while cooking dinner. Anytime I need a pick-me-up it’s right there motivating and inspiring me to stick to my plan, and it’s super cute which makes me happy.

I believe that with dedication and hard work we can do anything we set our minds to. I also know it isn’t easy. As George Elliott said, “It’s never too late to be who you might have been.”
