Hi
there! This is Karen Stockham for Big Picture Scrapbooking,
hoping you will chose to join me in my new classroom,
Help with Heartache.
Although
grief and loss are difficult subjects, they are universal.
All of us have experienced them to some degree. Okay,
so it is difficult to sound all excited and bubbly about
grief work. However, it is exciting to think about using
the hobby I love to show you how to help yourself in
your grieving process. Loss can be a life-altering experience
that sends us into transition periods filled with a
vast array of emotions. I am here to help you sift through
some of those emotions and learn a simple way to begin
healing. Whether your grief stems from losing someone
you loved, or something more subtle such as a graduation
or moving to a new city, feelings of loss can be strong
and traumatic.
In
my classroom, I will share with you an easy and fun
technique that you can use to jump start your healing
process. Our journey will arm you with a tool to access
during struggling times and allow you greater insight
into your own grieving process.
I
have a great passion for scrapbooking and the stories
that are told through memory documentation. In addition
to owning my scrapbooking company, Tumblebeasts, I am
a licensed family counselor working with children, teens
and families, here in New Mexico, and I have incorporated
the art of scrapbooking in my practice. I love the emotional
healing that occurs while recording memories. I often
watch my clients find strength in retelling and working
through hard memories.
Please
join me in class and create a mini book that will help
you on your journey through your grief. This class is
instantly downloadable so we can start right now. See
you in class!
