You
have a project brewing in your mind that needs
"a voice". You want a medium to tell
that story that is its equal in significance
and beauty. You want to expand your crafting
skills. You need to create a Scroll Album with
Mamie Coffey - it's unique and BIG!
In
her first workshop at BPS, Mamie will guide
you through the creation of a fabric scroll
album that you may roll up onto spools when
you aren't admiring its beauty! Mamie will use
familiar materials and teach you about some
you may not have used before. The Scroll Album
workshop introduces printing on fabric, using
and sewing with fusibles, fabrics, and paper.
The Scroll Album is a perspective-altering format
for scrapbooking. After this workshop, you may
never look at your projects the same way again!

Mamie
Coffey brings an eclectic mix of interests,
talents, and experience to her classes, including
sewing, painting, coloring, paper arts, fabric
arts, stamping, digital photography, and interior
design. Mix it all up and you get what Mamie
calls "scrapbook fusion". She is currently
teaching scrapbook fusion classes at a quilt
shop in Phoenix, AZ.
