About Me...
I am a wife, mother, grandmother, daughter, sister and friend. I was number nine of twelve children. My mother was a angel! I still to this day, do not know how she did it.
I am a Christian and I try my best to live it. There is nothing in life that has done more for me than my faith. God is GOOD and He is FAITHFUL!
I am a 16 year breast cancer survivor this year. I count my blessings every day for a new day. My mother died of a brain tumor when she was only 60. I just turned 57. I've learned to cherish every day.
I live in Illinois...born and raised here. My hubby and I lived in California for 2 yrs in the 70's. It was a fun time, but we love the midwest.
My husband and I are self employed with an excavating and storage business and I babysit my grandsons part time. We take care of his elderly parents. Sometimes I'm overwhelmed at all of my responsibilities. I think the only stress is that I want to do my own things like take classes here and start a photography business. Some day maybe it will happen.
Yes, my hobbies are photography and scrapbooking. I am totally obsessed with both. I am totally enjoying this class. It is just so inspiring and love all the wonderful encouragement given here!
