 I have been scrapbooking for about 2 years, but when I was around 9 or 10 I was always collecting something (cards, napkins, etc.) that could be put into a scrapbook.  I have enjoyed crafts of one kind or another as far back as I can remember.

I married my college sweetheart 41 years ago, and together we have experienced a treasury of wonderful memories.  We have three children and eight grandchildren all of whom we are so very proud.

I guess I am retired, but I have a hard time thinking of myself as being old enough to retire.  i actually had to leave the work world because of medical reasons, but that means I can indulge in creating and spending time with friends and family, especially my grandchildren.

I would love to take some art courses at the local community college, especially in design and something in jewelry.  I would be ecstatic if I could find someone nearby who loves to scrap and would be willing to share a ride to some crops.
