I've taken photos and kept a journal for as long as I can remember. My first journal was a Girl Scout diary mom gave me in the 6th grade - over 40 plus years ago! I've taught journaling and writing your story classes for over 11 years, both online and local. I'm now focusing on adding art to my journals and have been caught up in the whole art journal craziness. I also love material and was a quilter in another life. Since I've started my personal blog this past year (no journal classes etc), I've not scrapbooked anything. This year I also started writing for our local newspaper. My column, Telling Your Story, is about local crafters and their crafts. I'm also reviewing craft books for publishers. These two activities have really thrown me into doing more crafts which I love! I love to teach, but also love to learn. I'm looking forward to more classes here at BPC.
