Over the course of 31 days, Cathy will pose questions and challenges designed to connect you to what is needed most in your personal process of self-care. No, you won't end the month model thin or marathon ready. But through crafty goodness, daily interaction with Cathy, four live chats, and the support of a private online community, you will jump start your commitment to moving more and eating well.

With Cathy as your guide and plenty of gorgeous printables at your fingertips, you'll complete five album spreads (inside a Project Life mini album) to create personal accountability for your health and fitness. Then, after documenting your journey for 31 days—and forging new habits as you go—you'll walk away with enough material to carry you through several more months of charting your progress.

And after class is over, you'll be invited back to three more quarterly chats with Cathy! Think of them as mini jumpstarts to keep you focused on your goals all year long.

After 25 years as a pack-a-day smoker and non-exerciser, Cathy Zielske decided something had to change. She kicked the smoking habit at age 40, but still struggled with food and fitness. Finally, in January 2010, she went from being a couch potato to running 5 miles with ease in about one year's time. Since then, she has fallen off track, gotten back on, and fallen off again, realizing that she needs an approach that will truly work to keep her strong and healthy, not just thin and able to run like the wind. While she's not a personal trainer or nutritionist, she's a motivator who's on a constant journey to feeling healthier and finding ways to make it stick, long term.

Move More, Eat Well Jumpstart includes:
