What is a guided relaxation and why do I need to create quiet space?
Guided Relaxation is quite simple. It’s taking a little time to yourself—just fifteen minutes—in a comfortable space and bringing awareness, attention and energy to focus on relaxing. In this class you will be given three different Guided Relaxation podcasts where Elizabeth Irvine guides you in a relaxation. Quiet space clears the clutter. Just as an orderly house can create a feeling of calm, a clear mind opens up a door to clear inner space. The beginning steps teach you how to enter into a space that’s the best part of you – a place perhaps that you didn’t even know existed. You’ll gain more energy, more creativity, more joy into more moments every day. At the end of your Guided Relaxation you will feel calmer, more grounded, and ready to face your day. |
About Elizabeth:
Through her experience as an ICU nurse, mother of three, yoga instructor and author, Elizabeth believes we can create a healthier, happier way of being from the inside out and raise families who care—about themselves, about each other, and about the world around them.
With twenty-five years’ experience as a health care professional, her passion lies in integrative health education. Focused on family wellness, she encourages women to reclaim the healing wisdom in their own body and believes when a woman changes her life for the better, her entire family benefits.

Self-Paced Projects are instant download classes that
allow you to participate at BPC anytime! These classes
are different from our interactive workshops. There
are no starting or ending dates -- you may enroll at
any time. This flexibility also means, that there will
not be the level of teacher and student interaction
that we enjoy in our workshops. You will receive handouts
to print and an audio file to listen to, but there are
typically no message boards or chats.
