Help
With Heartache
Building
Bridges Through the
Grief Process
Feelings
of grief are a natural
response to the meaningful
losses in life. Whether
you've experienced
a move to a new city,
a change in relationships,
the death of someone
you love or the loss
of anything else that
is emotionally valued,
the various stages
and degrees of the
grieving process can
be painful yet expected.
Begin to understand
and let go of your
pain through the creation
of a one-of-a-kind
mini album.

times of mental distress.
Losses dot our lives
on a regular basis.
