here's a better look at the inside first page with the goal description, and openable. i made a little 'to do' list, for some of the things i needed to do to get to the actual goal. i added stamping to the file label that says 'do it'. and the other word i added was "choices". just good reminders
choices...such a powerful word. currently i am reading Marianne Williamson's "A Course in Weight Loss:21 Spiritual Solutions to Weight Loss"...AMAZING book. Really had made me open my eyes to how we choose to treat and view our bodies in respect to food and physical exercise.
