Rhythm of Repetition
Rhythm of Repetition
I finally strapped these on again today...got a lot of walks/runs ahead of me...it has been awhile. As I tied them up I noticed the repetition of the laces...and thought about the repetition of workouts that are now required and the rhythm of my feet pounding the pavement. I'm feeling behind in this class...trying to catch up on the commenting. Thoroughly enjoying seeing all your work in B&W.

Running and walking every day is a pattern, too, don't you think? Great interpretation of the prompt!
