@pidgen, I did lose a few pounds. It totally could have been water weight/bloat though. That's why I took my measurements too. I didn't have any noticeable loss in most of my body, expect I did lose a few inches from my waist. Yeah!! :)

without being specific, did you lose any weight? i hope you saw some change. my mom hates to work-out because she always gains muscle weight! lol.
