Come Away With Me
A Travel Journal Project
Do you think it’s important to tell the story of a trip? If you’ve ever been on a vacation that you want to remember and document in a meaningful way, then join Kimberly Lund for this free self-paced class, Come Away With Me. In this class, Kimberly will walk you through the process of creating a physical journal (with digital products) and then give you prompts to help you put your travel story on paper. Because in the end, it’s all about the story.
Kimberly Lund has been scrapbooking for a decade and has been an exclusively digital scrapbooker for six years. In the past, she was an Honorable Mention in Creating Keepsakes Hall of Fame contest, and has had her layouts published in Creating Keepsakes and Memory Makers publications. Kimberly is the mom of three teenagers; she has been married for twenty years and she spends her days teaching early childhood special education. For the past five years, she has a blog committed to documenting her family’s life at www.documentlifenow.com.
In this class, you will create a daily journal to take on upcoming vacations, to record specific aspects of your trips. You will find prompts available as PDF files and layered templates (in case you want to use your own digital supplies to personalize them). This is such a valuable project, because after you return from your vacation, you will not only be able to reflect on your journal experience, you’ll have a long lasting record of the trip.
A note from
Kimberly: I promise, this won’t be a huge commitment on your part. A few minutes spent preparing the journal, no more than 15 minutes each day while you’re on your trip, to create a trip souvenir that will be treasured for a lifetime. I’d love to have you come on this journey with me!

Important
information about Self-Paced Projects at Big Picture Classes!
Self-Paced Projects are instant download classes that allow
you to participate at BPC anytime! These classes are different
from our interactive workshops. There are no starting or
ending dates -- you may enroll at any time. This flexibility
also means, that there will not be the level of teacher
and student interaction that we enjoy in our workshops.
You will receive handouts to print and an audio file to
listen to, but there are typically no message boards or
chats.
