Much of the scrapbooking we do is event-based, because we're primarily focused on using the pictures we take to illustrate what happened in those pictures. The 20% Club is about you scrapbooking less obvious connection stories at least once in every five pages. If other pages tend to the who, what, where, and when, then 20% Club pages focus on the why, the how, and the "aha!"
