Each night before I go to bed I pick out a 15-minute project to do the next morning when I wake up. (I allow for that time extra in my a.m. routine.) Example: I never wash all my windows at once; I choose a set of windows, set my timer and get to the task.
I also set the timer for my son's projects, chores etc. and it has my life much easier and my son and I are more accountable for our time.
