Amazing
Women: a
project celebrating women
(and raising money for
an important cause)
Chances
are, you know someone who has been diagnosed
with breast cancer. If you don't now, the
harsh facts say that eventually you will.
Big
Picture Classes is pleased to offer a special
self-paced class taught by Lisa Flanagan.
This class has been designed to increase awareness,
and to celebrate women.
Using
the MyBook
Adaptable Journal, we're going to create
a mini-book that celebrates the women who
are (or have been) important in our lives.
We want to pay tribute to the female relatives,
friends, colleagues, and even celebrities
who have inspired us in small or BIG ways.
In
this class, you'll get ideas and suggestions
on how to customize your journal. You'll be
able to download interview sheets and questionnaires
to help you gather information about the amazing
women in your life, and you'll receive inspirational
quotes and facts about breast cancer.
Lisa
is joined by many BPC teachers and team members
in this important cause. We hope you'll join
us, see their ideas, make your own tribute
book, and share your ideas in the gallery.

response to watching this courageous fight,
Lisa and her colleagues at Per Annum developed
The Pink Ribbon edition MyBook to help raise
funds, increase awareness, and provide a customizable
journal for all who are touched by this disease.
